Sanyo has erected a spectacular solar building (actually, a power generation facility) in Gifu, Japan. The building itself is composed with 5,000+ solar panels, which in turn produce over 500,000 kWh of energy per annum. It stands as one of the best examples of photovoltaic design to date. Let's now hope that Sanyo will also be producing eco-friendly products to match its stunning, progressive architecture.
